Office 365 GCC will invited attendees be able to join Teams meeting if outside of the continental US

For Office 365 GCC,  if you invited someone from an OCONUS country (outside of the continental US) would they be able to join the Teams meeting?  Is there a way to make a Teams meeting so that those outside of the continental US will not be able to join?

Hello, I have no experience at all from GCC but know that Guest access isn't available today, only federation, and this is how you can use that to allow or block specific domains

Do note the "anonymous join" settings as with that being enabled anyone with a meeting link can access a meeting (and then it depends on the lobby setting if they enter or not). So probably best to turn it off.
