Notifications to all staff

What about having an Org-wide Team for this and use the announcements post type?

An urgent message will notify a person or group repeatedly, every 2 minutes for 20 minutes, or until they read it. Mark a message as important or urgent in Teams - Office Support (microsoft.com)
Can this be a recurring notification.

Not everyone can attend due to workloads, so its open ended to join. If it was setup as a recurring meeting in outlook, then if you decline, then you get no more invites to future ones.
