New to Microsoft Teams
I'm looking at conducting interviews with potential candidates using Microsoft Teams and would like to know how I go about setting this up. They could be internal and external candidates.
Do I need to set up an account?
Can someone guide me to set this up?
Also, is there a way to display interview questions during the Microsoft Teams interview session?
What guidance would I need to provide the interview candidates for them to be able to join the Microsoft Teams interview session?

In a nutshell - yes, you need to get a Microsoft Teams account. If your organization doesn't already have licenses with their O365 subscription, you can get a Teams Free account and that will be simple for you to set up video calls to have with another person. They do not have to have an account; they can join using the web client which requires no download. That said, if they do have Teams, they can join from their desktop client and another option is to join from their Teams client on a cell phone.
An easy way to share the interview questions is to put them in a slide deck and display the slide one by one as you go through them. I use this method when doing an interview style presentation. I hope that helps you! Good luck.
