New to Microsoft Teams

I'm looking at conducting interviews with potential candidates using Microsoft Teams and would like to know how I go about setting this up. They could be internal and external candidates. 

Do I need to set up an account?

Can someone guide me to set this up? 

Also, is there a way to display interview questions during the Microsoft Teams interview session?  

What guidance would I need to provide the interview candidates for them to be able to join the Microsoft Teams interview session?
