MS Teams not recognizing the microphone (Windows 10 1709) but works well with Skype

Hi,

I'm unable to use MS teams for calls because (Jabra Headphone)Microphone is not working but works fine with S4B.

The only way Teams works fine is if Teams autostarts with the PC without the autostart from Skype

If Teams AND Skype both autostart/restart witrh the PC, only Skype works fine with the headset

When Teams is working, and then if i start Skype4B then immediately i lose microphone access in Teams.​

Below Error: No Device call controls : Exit other calling apps so you can use your device call controls with Teams.

Teams can't hear you Either you're being really quiet, or you should check your device settings

I need both to work

    They've been making improvements to SfB HiD controls, so make sure you have the most recent skype for business client. If you do, you might just be out of luck since SfB is taking control of the device and not allowing Teams to use it as well.
