MS Teams Meetings does not show every participant
I think we've a problem with a Teams on Android Room System with Version: 1449/1.0.96.2022090606/0906 and Collab OS 1.8.295 (Logitech)
Video of participants are not visible on Room System and not on Client system but when you spotlight the participant then video is showing. And also in the list of the participants everyone is here and joined.
Scenario
Room
- User A (inside the room same tenant - joined with his device)
- User B (inside the room same tenant - joined with his device)
- User C (external - also external tenant)
Test 1
User A, User B and User C are joining the meeting:
- they can see each other - Camera is on
- Room has not joined the meeting
Test 2
Room, User A, User B and User C are joining the meeting:
- No video is displayed on any user or User A sees User B but not User C and not Room
If the Room joins the meeting after every participant has joined the meeting everything works like expected.
We had the issue couple of weeks on Teams Room System on Windows and changed the Option:
- Automatic screen sharing
And then everything worked like expected again.
But this setting is not available on Android Systems
Someone also with this behaviour
Thanks for your help

I'm facing exactly the same issue in 3 rooms we've just upgraded with a Logitech Rally Bar which runs on Androïd and has the latest update.
When the room joins the session before everyone else the distant participants only see themselves and no-one else, nor the room nor the many people connected to the session. We tried the different views but nothing seems to really help as the toghether mode only shows the other remote participants and not the room.
The funny thing is that whenever a Teams client from the same tennant joins the session before the room everything is fine for everyone.
On top that, this issue never occurs on Teams IOS app nor when joining from a browser.
I really hope there is an update underway or a possible workaround.
I see I'm replying to a post which is almost 2 year old so I'll repost it as a new post but at least know you are not alone and if in the meantime you have found a solution please let me know!
For the time being we are spotlighting the Room from the Logitech Tap so that every remote participant sees at least the room instead of having to do a whole meeting looking at themselves.
This is very confusing for them and most just leave the session so many time thinkig it would resolve the issues when reconnecting.
Thank you in advance if you would have any suggestions they are more than welcome!
