Microsoft Teams - Screen Freeze

Using Teams for my childs schooling and the screen regularly freezes.  Have already run updates, checked the CPU/RAM usage which is low and all other video conferencing such as Zoom and Google Meet all run fine so this issue is isolated to Teams.  As this is the only to connect with school we need a fix.  Can anyone help?
