Microsoft Teams meeting record location

Teams Recording are always stored in the Microsoft Stream Platform. You can always view the recording from the Meeting Channel Space.

We have noticed recently that the recordings are stored by someone in the chat that did not start the recording, sometimes when they are not even present! This is really strange behviour as we like to move the recording to a central location and also edit it with chapters etc. But as the colleague is on holiday this further delays us as we do not have admin rights. Is this a known issue?

RealTime_M365 - is it possible that the recording may not have saved after I stopped recording?
- No, it shouldn't be.. check in OneDrive in folder "Recordings" or on web.microsoftstream.com.. it should be there in one of these locations. Make sure you are using the same account to login that you used to login to Teams when you started recording.

How much time does it take for the recording to be available ?
