Hi, so I have recorded a meeting on Teams. However, now when I want to access the recorded video, it says "Recording Failed to Upload". Was wondering how do I solve this issue since I really need to access that recorded video.

You should see a "Download" link next to that message. If you don't see it, best open a support case.

Let me add to the above that there was an incident yesterday which affected many Teams meeting recordings, so as Vasil says you need to reach out to the official support for assistance. If you are not an admin yourself, ask that person to create a support ticket for you.
