Making call to polycom Group series 500 from Microsoft Team

Hi team,

We are new to Microsoft Teams and we are trying to join meeting from our Teams desktop App to our Polycom Group series 500 by placing a call. Can someone help us to place call from teams to polycom and the initial config to be done.

In case you are referring to the Polycom Group Series 500 this are not native Teams Supported Devices. There is a workaround wherein you can purchase some CVI Licenses from Polycom which would be added to your Office 365 Tenant post which you should be able to dial the Team Meeting from your Polycom Group Series 500 Devices.
