Logitech Rally Bar Teams
Hola,
Tengo 6 dispositivos Logitech Rally bar mini y 2 dispositivos Logitech Rally bar, solo TAP (sin NUC) y están actualizados a la última versión de firmware disponible.
El problema que tengo es que, aleatoriamente pero en todos los dispositivos a la vez, cuando realizo una video llamada, el usuario remoto no me ve. Yo reviso el equipo y veo que la cámara si que funciona porque yo me veo. Si reinicio el dispositivo, esto se "soluciona".
He contactado con el soporte de Logitech y me dicen que es problema del MTR y que Microsoft es quien me ha de dar soporte. Espero que me puedan ayudar.
