Linking a plan from Planner into a private channel in teams
I am teaching using Teams as a general place for my class. All class members and myself are members of the the Team (I'm owner and the rest are just members).
I have created a number of plans in Planner for different groups within the class. For one of the groups I have also created a private channel which includes all of the group members (as owners).
I want to link their Planner to the private channel but am having troubles with is.
I've managed to create a copy of the Plan to the Team but I can't connect it to the private channel as it's not an option when using the add existing plan option. Only the General tab is showing.
Is there a way to link the Planner for the group to the private channel?
- Hello, as far as I know this (Planner) is still not supported in private channels.
And confirmed here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-planner-in-microsoft-teams-62798a9f-e8f7-4722-a700-27dd28a06ee0?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
