iOS teams notifications broken

I am using iOS teams and have to accounts setup. When I am in one account I have a notification count of 2 from the other but when I swap over there are no outstanding notifications or activities. How do I reset the notifications count? I’ve tried reinstalling teams and turning off and on notifications on both accounts but they are still there and it’s driving me nuts.
