Since the most recent update, when we get direct or queue calls in Teams, the native ringtone of a Bluetooth headset also chimes as well as the Teams ringtone. This has happened on a Sony device, a Sennheiser device, as well as a couple others. The teammate that has not updated Teams does not experience the issue.
So far, I have tried re-installing Teams entirely twice.
I have checked through Teams settings (especially secondary ringer settings)
I have toggled different options in Win10 App Volume and Device Preferences
I have checked for updates for the Bluetooth drivers
When I wire the Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones in AUX, I do not experience this issue.
