I cant create a free teams account

We get this message when trying to signup for a free Teams account, what to do? Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation
Ask your admin to get you started with Teams, or set up another org in Teams using a different email address.

Someone has already used that same domain name to sign up for any kind of subscription or trial etc..if you are the IT admin of this domain I’d go here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/become-the-admin?view=o365-worldwide

Otherwise I’d suggest to use another email address

@adam deltinger ok thanks! I'm the admin now, but I get the same error message? How do I turn on Teams for the org. - I'm a none paying organization.
