We're trying to do video-evaluation debriefings with athletes after training, when they are back at home.
More than often the athletes report that the video that I'm sharing in a Teams meeting is more like a stop-motion movie than a fluid video stream.
When I lower my screen resolution back to 800x600 and set the video zoom in VLC Media player to 1/4th of the original. The feedback gets more positive. Is this way of thinking about reducing the number of pixels that I try to stream the best solution or are there even better ways to share fluid videostreams instead of stopmotion pictures.
I'm also using an gigabit ethernet cable, connected to a gigabit router. To get some marginal gains.
