    Hi Nuckkun,

to remove someone from a meeting, you can open your meeting in Microsoft teams, remove the wanted user from the list of participants (click on the x) and send the Update (if you are the organizer of the meeting).

You can also use the Scheduling Assistant tab in Microsoft teams meeting, remove the meeting participant from the list and then click on Send Update.

You can't block delievering a meeting invitation or meeting URL from Microsoft Teams.
If the person (recipient) inside your organization you can set up a transport rule in Exchange that blocks all the emails using the keywords from meeting invite email and including the sender's E-mail adress as the conditions.

Depending on your license you can make the meeting private the rest is what the other said. And In the invite you can set it is not able to forward it.

1.In teams meeting presenter and organizer can remove members from the participants tab.

2.Whether you want to block sending meeting url from in-person meeting or channel meeting?
