As a Canada-based organization, we aim to purchase approximately 20 US user phone numbers through Teams from Canada, without possessing a US address.
We have already configured MS Teams phones successfully for our Canadian users. However, when attempting to procure US user numbers, we encounter a requirement for a US address or US emergency address, which we currently lack.
Kindly advise on the appropriate steps to proceed in this situation.
Thank you for your assistance!

Hello @Djeanthi2215,
to acquire US phone numbers through Microsoft Teams, a valid US address (or US emergency address) is required. This regulation, established by the FCC, aims to prevent misuse of phone services.
If you lack a US address (or US emergency address), consider utilizing a service that provides them specifically for this purpose (like Virtual Mailbox Services or Business Address Providers).
Once you obtain a US address, acquiring US phone numbers on Teams becomes a straightforward process.
