Flickering when sharing Microsoft Access in a Window

Steps to reproduce:

• Download and open the Contact Template DB here: Featured Access templates - Microsoft Support
• Open a Teams Meeting and share the Contact DB only in a Window
• Open the form “Contact Details” --> Flickering

Anybody else able to reproduce the issue?

Microsoft support was not helpfull. They closed the ticket telling me that it is not a Teams but an Microsoft Access issue .....
