Everyone's status suddenly showing as "Unknown" in Teams

We have successfully been using Teams for a few weeks now but one of the user's accounts suddenly wiped everyone's status. Everyone, including her, now only shows as "Unknown" even though the statuses were previously visible without issues. Does anyone know what may have triggered this and how to fix it?

    It seems to be a global issue however not sure why Microsoft has not informed anything yet. You probably can see the presence status on Teams Web App but not on the Desktop App and Mobile App. Not sure what changes Microsoft did without informing us.
