Error when trying to add a guest to teams when the guest previously existed in AAD but was removed b

Adding a guest (from within the Teams Client) that was previously added but subsequently removed from the tenant by Admin fails with "Something went wrong." and "We ran into an issue. Please try again later". I have tested this several times (and in several tenants) and waited 24+ hours between removal (incl. from Recycle Bin, PS/MSOL) and re-add of the guest account but am still seeing this error. What is the proper way to completely remove a guest account from a tenant in order to be able to add it back later, if desired?

Hi! It should be sufficient to remove the gust account from AAD and recycle bin! Wait a bit and re add
