Emergency Location Not Visible to user in MS Teams Settings Call

We are using the MS Calling Plans (NOT direct routing).  We do not have dynamic locations configured (Subnets assigned to addresses or APs assigned to addresses).  We currently rely on the default assigned emergency locations of the physical addresses we entered.  In this configuration, a user going to MS Teams | (...) | Settings | Calls does not see any Emergency Location information at all.  Anyone know if this can be altered or if Microsoft is working on it? EL's are very important for accuracy due to Kari's Law and Ray Baum's act, but the best person to describe what their default location is would be the user who cannot see it.
