For one of my customers, I see a couple of users are getting duplicate voicemail messages in their voicemail list on the desktop clients. Sender, timestamp, duration everything is the same and the user is annoyed. I know this is not something we can control at the tenant level but the client setting itself. I tried replicating the same setting options but no luck and I hope someone who might have faced similar issues in past can guide. Tried many options in the client setting but none helped (customer is not so co-operative to try the same on mobile or browser to isolate the issue on the desktop client making this harder ).
