Customers can't access Teams
Hello,
I have created a Teams to share documents with my customers and I invited them as guests. Nevertheless, some of them can't access the Teams. They have a message of error instead. How to...
No much we can do here, just instruct your customers to use different browsers or even point them to download the Teams App so they can finally have access

Teams is the official collaborative tool of my customer. Nevertheless, one of my points of contact still can't access the group that I have created whereas the others can.
Do we have a team that can assist the customer directly? My customer is based in France.
