Crestron Flex UC-XC-100T Teams Room

Hi,

I am using Teams on Crestron Flex.

I have a few queries:

1. Is it possible to "Give Control" when sharing content? The "Give Control" does not seem to show at far end.

2. Is it possible to schedule a meeting and view scheduled meetings more than one day later?

3. Can we record and save a meeting? If so, where will it save to?

To clarify, the above is using the Crestron Flex and not a laptop.

  • Thanks Andres

Hi Elin_Yu, see below for the answers

    1. Not possible to pass control to a MTR. You can contribute to a whiteboarding session if you have a Front of Room Touchscreen.
    2. You can only view meetings up to 8 hours in advanced (from memory). If you want to see other bookings for that room, then a Teams Panel outside the room will allow that.
    3. Recordings cannot be started from the console. However you could configure auto recording as I detail here. https://youtu.be/4LbsHOava4k

Let me know if you have any other questions.

      Hi Graham,
Thank you so much for quick reply.
I've 1 more enquiry about Teams Room... does it have chat feature? We don't seem to find the function.
      Thanks in advance.
      • No, the MTRs do not have the capability to send chat. However they will support chat bubbles like it does on the desktop client at some point I think.
