Hello @abhrahamdenis ,

I understand the challenges you're facing with Microsoft Teams compatibility on your Intel Evo laptop. While I can provide some general guidance, it's important to note that specific solutions may vary depending on your laptop model, operating system version, and other factors. Here are some suggestions to help troubleshoot and resolve the compatibility issues:

1. Update Microsoft Teams: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Teams. Check for updates within the application or download the latest version from the official Microsoft Teams website. New updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.

2. Update Laptop Drivers: Visit the Intel Evo laptop manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for your specific laptop model. Pay particular attention to graphics, audio, and network drivers, as these can affect the performance of Microsoft Teams. Installing up-to-date drivers may resolve compatibility issues.

3. Check System Requirements: Verify that your Intel Evo laptop meets the minimum system requirements for running Microsoft Teams. Ensure that your laptop's hardware specifications, such as processor, RAM, and storage, meet or exceed the recommended requirements for smooth performance.

4. Disable Hardware Acceleration: In Microsoft Teams, you can try disabling hardware acceleration to see if it resolves the audio and video glitches. Go to "Settings" in Teams, navigate to the "General" tab, and disable the "Disable GPU hardware acceleration" option.

5. Adjust Video Settings: In Microsoft Teams, go to "Settings," select the "Devices" tab, and under the "Camera" section, choose a lower camera resolution. Lowering the resolution can help reduce the processing load on your laptop, potentially improving performance and reducing glitches.

6. Close Background Apps: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that could be consuming system resources. Other resource-intensive applications might interfere with Microsoft Teams' performance on your Intel Evo laptop.

7. Clear Teams Cache: In some cases, clearing the Teams cache can resolve performance issues. Exit Microsoft Teams completely, open the "Run" dialog (Windows key + R), type `%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams`, and delete all the files and folders within the folder that opens. Relaunch Teams and check if the performance improves.

8. Contact Support: If you've tried the above steps and the issues persist, reach out to Microsoft Teams support or your Intel Evo laptop manufacturer's support for further assistance. They may have specific troubleshooting steps or updates related to your laptop model.

9. Community Forums: Explore community forums or discussion boards specific to Intel Evo laptops or Microsoft Teams. Engaging with other users who have experienced similar compatibility issues can provide valuable insights and potential solutions.

Remember to keep your laptop's operating system updated with the latest patches and security updates, as they can also contribute to overall system stability and performance.

I hope these suggestions help you address the compatibility issues you're facing with Microsoft Teams on your Intel Evo laptop.

@abhrahamdenis Intel EVO is just a badge they give to certain laptop , is it a Lenovo, that's more likely to be relevant ?

Other than validating your Teams client is up to date, and that your laptop has its latest drivers and bios I would suggest posting more specific issues. Exactly which Teams Client, Driver versions, exact scenario of what you were doing, when the issue started etc.
