Check video call resolution

Hi guys,

I'm hoping to check the video resolution of a past video call (eg. 480p, 720p).  Is there anyway I can check?   I've contacted Microsoft Support and they pointed to the call quality analytics, but I still can't find it inside the analytics.  Much appreciate any help, thanks!

Easy way to do this. Download a copy of the video to the local machine from Stream (https://web.microsoftstream.com), check the file properties and look at the frame width and height. For example, 720p is 720 frame height and 1280 frame width. 480p is 480 frame height and 640 frame width

Note currently Teams is currently capped at 720p due to the scaling of the platform in the last few months. That was confirmed in a message centre notification about a month back

    Hope that answers your question

    Best, Chris
