Chat delays in receiving over Teams IM and Channel

In past 1 day, my organization are having chat delayed upon receiving the message by internal team members. As we have also tried to connect with one of our subsidiary company using their O365 account ID and start Teams IM and Channel chat and it seems no issue at all .. Our current message that received is around 10 minutes after the sender has sent over.


While I have already logged the case to our CSP partner and I think the respond are somehow slow and I've decided to post it here and see if any technical experts or MS support be able to help me out. Thanks in advance.
