Can't join a team by code, join via code field is missing
Hi everyone!
So, as everyone I need to use this applicaton for my university studies, my teacher send the code to join his teams class, but i cant join, becaus this field is mising in my Teams aplication, as you can see the uploaded image.
Please help me, i have no idea know how to fix this.

I know this is an old post but for anyone looking for a solution in the future, please note that this feature is not accessible with the free version of Teams. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/msteams_other/join-team-tile-not-visible/672885f5-617c-4176-a399-f6ab67c72e08
With that said, there may be some other accommodation in Teams for Education that I'm not aware of since I don't use that version of the product.

What happens when you try this via the web (teams.microsoft.com).
Do you have the option there?- i have downloaded microsoft teams in this teams app i go to team option
In that i having join or create a team but i cant join a team by using a code
Join a meet or a code option is missing so please help me out after fixed this problem also i have shared attachment of that screenshot photo can you rectify this problem as soon as possible but i tried in teams. microsoft.com but join a team with a code is not there kindly help me out sir
