Can't access Microsoft Teams
I'm having trouble accessing my Teams account. I can log into my microsoft account fine, the only problem I'm having is with Teams.
When I try to sign in, I get a screen that says "More Information Required. Your organization needs more information to keep your account secure." It gives me two options: use a different account, or Next. If I click next, it just spins, and nothing ever loads. The app on my phone stopped working this morning, too, and I get the same error message when I try to log in.
We're using the Free Teams account, and I set our account up so I think I'm listed as the administrator, but I can't access anything.

You need approval for access from your organisation so ask your IT.
Or you can try the Teams-webapp when login on your organisation office365/microsoft365 webpage using your own browser (Edge 83 for me). From there open the app Teams and use the webapp. Not install the desktop-app or mobile-app because your device has to be registrated by your organisation as a safe device and thats why it is not working. The free app Teams is not from your organisation Microsoft/Office-365.
I've the same and it works for me. (Only not when I'm working in Citrix in my virtual work desktop.)
