We would like to switch from SfB to TEAMS and have a few questions about the functionality of the software.
1. At the classic reception desk there is the peculiarity of a "busy lamp field" in the classical telecommunication system. Is this possible with TEAMS? If yes how?
2. To what extent is it possible to implement a central hotline with Microsoft teams? For example, if someone calls our Landline hotline, the call will ring on Skype for Business to all devices. Is this also possible with TEAMS?
3. Based on no. 2. Is it possible that each caller who dials our central number is automatically forwarded to a voice computer, where he can then eg. select the department: 1 for support; 2 for billing questions; 3 for emergencies
