I created a call queue. I tied it to a team. The logs weren't working there and showing missed calls. I changed the queue and tied it to a single person. The missed calls are not showing in the user log.
How do I create a call queue that shows missed calls in logs correctly? I see the missed calls in the admin report for PSTN. The only way I know I missed calls is to regularly run the admin report many times a day. Is this intended to work this way?
