Blurry Generic Contact Photo

Hi, I have a user who's profile picture is a blurry generic white person. I've had him clear his profile picture from both his Teams and Outlook application, where else does he need to clear this to get the standard initials back? Thanks.

Hi @morris_anthem   the photo for Teams is pulled from the user's Microsoft account.
