Can someone please guide me as to how I can access and download a meeting attendance report on MS Teams, of a meeting that was held one or two months ago, please?

Currently you can only download the attendance report while in a meeting. It's expected that Microsoft will provide the ability to download after the meeting, but for now we don't have this feature yet
what about the links i mentioned above?
it says meeting organizers can download attendance reports.

During the meeting, select Show participants and choose Download attendee list.
There's another big issue with meeting attendance reports: the report only shows who was in the meeting while the organizer is there. For example, let's say Fred is an organizer who joins a meeting a 9:15 AM. Sally is an attendee who joins the meeting at 9:00 AM.
If Fred downloads the report before the meeting is over, then it will show that he joined at 9:15 and Sally joined at 9:15 AM.
Also, if Sally leaves the meeting (say 9:10 AM) before Fred joins, then Sally will not be included in the attendance report.
One further note: all of this applies to Teams meetings. Teams Live Events have completely different reports and they work as you'd expect them to (complete attendance regardless of when the organizer joined, they can be downloaded after the meeting, etc.).

Here are some general troubleshooting steps that you can try:
Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and strong enough to support the video conferencing app. You can try running a speed test to see if your internet speed is sufficient.
Check for app updates: Make sure that your video conferencing app is up to date with the latest version. You can check for updates in the app store or through the app's settings.
Restart the app: Close the video conferencing app completely and then reopen it. This can help clear out any temporary issues that may be causing the error message.
Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart of your device can help fix any software-related issues.
Check for any firewall or security software: Check if any security software or firewall is blocking the app from accessing the internet. You can try temporarily disabling your firewall or security software to see if that resolves the issue.
