Automating some features in teams when creating Channels

I am looking for guidance on when creating a channel under a team and am not sure where to find instructions / help / information


I want to create a team called projects - under that team will be channels using the project number


When I create a new channel, I would like to base it on a template of some type, where the channel will automatically have TABS for Posts, Files, Lists, one note, Document Library (etc)

And I would like to automatically populate the "List" tab with a list of "steps" for the workflow 


So, in short - I would create a channel under a team and that channel would automatically be populated with tabs and a defined list -


anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

I would also like to know if there is a way to do just that.

I would also be interested in a way to automate this setup. Specifically in regards to having our One Note tab created and prepopulated with our typical template we use for our project's One Note docs.
