Assign calling ID in calling queue

I have assigned a ressource account to assign calling id in calling queue, but the user can't select when he want to mak outboud calls

@famghar2207670 First, you need to choose a Teams channel as the call answering method:




Then, within the Calls tab of the channel you have assigned, agents can enter a phone number and click the dropdown next to the Call button to choose whether to "Call as you" or "Call as Call Queue Name":
