Allows users to move or hide the Teams Share Content Toolbar

Brad-CMIit seems there is some evolution in this issue - not sure if this was always there or something new since last background update: When you share a screen in Teams, move your mouse to the Teams icon in the task bar. You will see all your teams windows, and there should be one with the "Screen sharing | stop sharing" content. Close this window, and the annoying "sharing bar" disappears, at least for this share session... for me this is a BIG step ahead to be able to remove the annoying bar!
