6 month Microsoft Teams Commercial Cloud - but can't schedule.

Hello all!

I have signed us up for the 6 month trial last week & this morning tried to schedule a meeting. But Calendar or Meetings is not an option over the left side.

At this moment in time we only have the trial, there are no other licenses available. We are moving from Google Gsuite to Microsoft 365 Business basic in the next 2 or 3 weeks but I was hoping this trial would get us using Teams before this migration occurs.

Am I missing something simple?

Thanks,

Garry

    gdeakin  So your question has two possible answers

    1 - As MS Teams is heavily integrated with Azure services and it required to have exchange online services for its calendar/meeting to work.

    look to this Docs article you might have the exchange online option part of your Commercial Cloud Trial offer

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/iw-trial-teams

    2 - if you have already enabled that option you need to go to Teams Admin center and enabled the calender apps both these places;

     Teams Admin Center
    - Teams Apps > Permission Policies > select the Policy name maybe Global etc > Microsoft Apps Allow all apps
    - Teams Apps > Setup Policies > select the policy name maybe global here too > add calendar app in the pin apps and you could also check the order of the apps there like activity, chat, teams, calendar etc.
