JoeK1605 - I would recommend opening a Microsoft Support ticket to check how your reports are being computed.

 

Possibility is that the printers you are using are not sending reporting information back to Universal Print upon job completion. Our support team may be able to let you know the source of data and whether printers are sending this information.

 

You may also want to check with Canon on what's the expected behavior with their printers.
