Unable to give certification renewal exam despite being eligible
I am unable to give microsoft certification renewal exam despite being eligible, and certificate is not expired yet. In the certification tab under credentials it shows I am eligible for renewal assessment - However, when clicking on Renew this certificate, I am getting error that, I need a certification first ,in order to renew it. Because, of this my certification is going to expire. And there is no contact details to raise this technical issue. Why microsoft learner support is so inconvenient.

Dear Community and Microsoft team, Since, we install the EDR solution on File Server Resource Manager (File Server), it real time scan by EDR and consume resource usage such CPU and RAM, anyway, I would like to seek your providing the recommend file/path and folder should be exclude for real time scan by EDR. Student Discount for Azure AZ-900 Certification
Hello, I am a student at a public university in Germany (Information Systems). I followed the steps described here to get the student discount: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/student-discounts#student-discounts However, the process does not seem to work as expected. I don’t see any option for student verification, and the exam price has not changed. I also noticed that other students reported the same issue. Hi all, I wanted to quickly to write to show how I thought about building a system based on Azure to allow my blogsite to answer questions about a blog post that a reader may suddenly have in their mind while reading through the post to extend learning. The basic flow is: -User loads a blog post -On load, the page populates 3 buttons a third of the way in the page, each with randomly AI generated questions related to the page that a reader might ask about the page content -On clicking a button, the question is answered through voice, with the answer being 'just' enough to answer the question without being over-bearing (at least that's my feeling!) The architecture is constructed as the following: I wrote in full on how I did this for my blog here : https://www.imaginarium.dev/voice-ai-for-blog/ I wanted to perhaps hear on if I was missing anything here on the design, security considerations particularly on the Azure side? Any ways to improve on the AI Voice implementation? I'm using the Azure OpenAI neural voices at the moment. Gemini voices lately are really good too!! I even thought about using a custom neural voice of my own but I ran into issues when trying to do that within Azure due to not having an enterprise subscription readily available to be allowed this capability. Thoughts?
Windows 11 lock screen bug
We are having an issue where some users cannot log back into windows 11 after going to a lock screen. Windows will tell you the password or username is incorrect even though the credentials are defiantly correct. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the machine. What could be causing this? Our users are loosing unsaved work from having to reboot through out the day.Welcome to the Microsoft Learn community

When I log in to Microsoft Learn, I am transferred to a register page: --- Before registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account. -- Even though I have a account that before. I can complete the registration process and view my profile, but when I try to access ms learn content, the registration process restarts. So I can only read ms learn content as logged out. But then my progress is not saved, and I cannot do Applied Skills or register for a exam, that I had planned to do on Friday next week. I have restarted my computer, tried incognito mode, other browsers (Edge/Chrome) and also on Android phone (Edge/Chrome), both on Wifi and Cellular, but the same happens there. So the problem should not be on my side. I have had help from Microsoft Support Ambassador that tried to get past this error, but after a while he/she directed me to this support forum. Hello all, Very sorry if I have posted this to the wrong place, but I cannot figure out how to get help to get my certification into my Microsoft Learn account. I have passed my exam, received an email that "Congratulations on passing your Exam" with a link to my Microsoft Learn account, but the certificate itself I cannot locate there. In my Microsoft Learn profile it also says that I have passed 10 exams (including the one I am looking for now), but I only have 9 certifications (surely because the one I'm looking for is missing). Hello Microsoft Support, I have two Microsoft Learn profiles linked to different accounts: email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons. I cannot access all my certification achievements or download my certificates. Please help consolidate these profiles so all learning history and certifications are associated with a single account, preferably email address removed for privacy reasons. Thank you.
How to fix "object/block variable not set" error in VBA?
I'm using VBA in Word 2013. My OS is Win10. I'm having a problem with macros that I created that will no longer work. When I click to run them, I get: "Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not set." I have no idea what the problem could be. These macros ran fine before. Then, this started happening. For example, here's a very simply-written one to zoom out in order to be able to see 5 pages at once in Word: Sub Five_Page_View() ' ' Zoom 45% to see 5 pages ' ' ActiveWindow.ActivePane.View.Zoom.Percentage = 45 End Sub Used to work. Now, doesn't. I get the error above. Why? Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Thanks!Laptop won't sleep
Hello, Got a new HP Victus 16 laptop with a windows 11 installed. Windows is up to date - however, every time I try to put the laptop to sleep, it won't, but the screen goes black, as I have to do it 2-3 times until the light indicator on the laptop flashes. However, if it did sleep, I can still hear the fans going on, compared to an old business HP laptop with Windows 10, which goes to sleep perfectly without issues, and the fans are halted. Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.
