Did anyone find a resolution to this? I'm having the same issue with Windows 10 21H2 and 22H2. 30 devices are not detecting the update. 200 devices updated without issues.
thetechguy I had to go digging through policies and make sure that my Update Rings and the groups targeted were all in order. There were some cases of systems bleeding into other groups which caused some policy conflicts. Check to make sure the rings and the Feature Updates configs are all simplified as much as possible. Once I found the conflicts between grouping and rings/Feature Update settings, most of it sorted out.
