What's the best to allow Sync Outlook Calendar with Native Client on iOS / Android?

Do you mean through the Outlook mobile application?
There is an app configuration policy available in Intune which will automatically start contact sync (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-for-ios-and-...)

It's called "Save Contacts"

Yep, I have the Contacts part working via App Config, is it possible to sync the Outlook calendar with the native calendar?

Not possible with IOS or Android, I will be surprise to see it supported in future as it breaks Sandbox and app config principles! Maybe MSFT will offer it and leave it with Admin to decide!
