Intune threat level definitions

On intune, there are several device policies referring to threat levels (secured, low, medium, high). Is there documentation on what each of those levels mean? Like what is considered a low level threat vs a high level one. The policy will be applied on personal devices and I don't want it to have a heavy impact for users everyday use while still maintaining acceptable device security.
