App has been blocked by system admin

We have an issue on a recently AutoPilot deployed laptop.


We've copied the Intune and AutoPilot settings from a previous client that has been working fine.

Unfortunately, this laptop that we've deployed has come onto a weird issue that I've not seen before.

Whenever I try to run anything as Administrator, I get the error that:

"This app has been blocked by your system administrator.

Contact your system administrator for more info."


I can't even run CMD as administrator to try and diagnose the issue.


I've not seen or had this issue with any other AutoPilot deployment before, and not sure if there might be a setting we've accidentally enabled that has caused this.


Any ideas?
