Hi,
I believe the data is stored within the form. You should be able to go into responses and delete any response. If you are looking to have an online document with all the responses like in an Excel file then, you need to begin with an online excel file. One you are in your excel document, you can insert a new form and when you do that, all your responses are then stored in your online excel document. Hope this helps!
Best,

@AshishJaviya unfortunately there is no way to restore deleted responses.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
I understand we can build new form using the way you explained (Confirm if i understood you correctly).
However - there are partial response removed from existing forms - which is used in legacy.
