I had a Microsoft account, this was perhaps over a year old now. I ordered a subscription of office for the year. So I tried to log onto the account and it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist".
It offers to use an email address that I dont recognize when trying to recover. Yes, my account has been hacked. I'm now getting FIFA game charges in excess of $500 which i havent purchased, via paypal. Paypal directs me to Microsoft to resolve the issue. Microsoft has no way for me to contact anyone via phone to resolve this issue, and the online system constantly puts me in a loop of trying the same things. Very frustrating, I cant recover this account. Please help.
