Transferring a Quiz to a Form

I have just started using Forms and have set up what I thought where forms, but where quizes.  So I get columns in my responses that I don't need.  Is it possible to transfer a Quiz into a Form so my data set is clean. Or do I need to restart from the beginning with a new Form?
