Specification for design templates in forms

Hello,

is there any information available for a "selfmade" design in forms:

Best size (max/min)

Best resolution (max/min)

or other specifications ?

Would somebody share a "selfmade" design with me...as an example?

Hi Heiko,

As the image will become to the background image, we suggest to upload a high quality image (e.g. 1920 x 1080 +) to support all size of screen for responder.
