I have created a new survey in Forms Pro and it keeps giving me the Sorry, something went wrong error every time I try to test it.

Could have been an issue with the service - are you still getting the error? Seems to be working for me this morning. How about if you login to

And the test survey should be visible here

If its still not working, can you delete and retry creating a new survey

Just recently had the same issue. Turned off Forms Pro for my account and it loaded just fine. Did you ever get it figured out on your end?
