Hello@levanouski !

An Office365 Administrator has to verify that the External settings for Forms is correct.

1: Navigate to admin.microsoft.com

2: Click Settings-->Settings in the left navigation field

3: Click Forms and make sure that the following is enabled

Solution

Hello@levanouski

Then it is possible that External Sharing is locked down even further.

Please verify the following

  1. In the left pane, under Admin centers, select SharePoint

  2. In the left pane of the new SharePoint admin center, under Policies, select Sharing.

  3. Verify what level of Sharing OneDrive and SharePoint has.

Please send an image of your settings like the above one.

@oliwer_sundgren thank you for helping us out! I also removed a question type that was causing the issue. I added a file upload question and by default Microsoft only allows in org to upload. I removed that question and I can share anonymously. Again, thank you for your time and effort to get this solved :)

No problem at all@levanouski !
Wonderful to hear that you got it sorted out :)

I would be very happy if you would like to mark my reply as a a solution if you feel that it helped!

Thank you!
