Saving a Microsoft Forms Survey to PDF

Hello! I need help saving a Microsoft Forms Survey to PDF. I see a lot of Google hits about saving the responses to PDF but I need to save just the questions to PDF.

I do not like the option of Printing and saving As PDF because the web addresses and scroll bar are in the document. I need a way of saving the questions in a clean formatted PDF.

@Shelby_Palmer as you will have typed the questions in, why not just copy each one into a Word document?
